PRELIMINARY INTERVIEW

All candidates attending the preliminary interviews are required to present a copy of their passport for identity verification. Additionally, they must bring original certificates to authenticate the information provided in their CVs. Our experts in the Screening and Pre-Selection Division are skilled at detecting irregularities in CVs. Furthermore, all trade test certificates will be individually verified with the issuing authority.

ASSESSMENT OF COMPETENCY

The Screening and Pre-Selection Division assesses candidates based on key factors: educational background, job familiarity, tool handling skills, relevant experience, interpersonal skills, and work application. Evaluation experts may conduct practical pre-tests as necessary. Short-listing interviews for specialized roles occur biweekly. Candidates who pass the pre-qualifying stage advance to a final interview for selection. Once selected, employers receive a comprehensive report on the candidate, enabling them to harness the innovative talents and exceptional skills of chosen employees.

VISA PROCESSING & MOBILIZATION

Upon final selection, accepted candidates undergo medical checkups at a Gulf Approved Medical Center (G.A.M.C). Once we receive the fitness certificate—usually within a few days—the passports are submitted to the embassy for visa endorsement, which is typically returned within a week. Recruits are then notified to prepare for departure. The standard timeline for departure is six weeks, though this can be expedited in emergencies.

DEPLOYMENT

The deployment process begins with a thorough orientation for candidates, ensuring they fully understand the specifics of their job roles and responsibilities. Following this preparation, candidates are deployed to their respective locations. Upon arrival, we prioritize their smooth transition by providing support to help them settle into their new location.

THE INTERVIEW PROCESS

Our approach begins with a comprehensive assessment of each candidate's application. We provide tailored support to prepare candidates for job interviews, enhancing their CVs and ensuring they present their skills and experiences effectively. This preparation includes in-depth research on the prospective employer and practice with common interview questions. Upon successful completion of the interview, candidates will receive a Job Offer. Once accepted, the employer will initiate the job sponsorship process by issuing a Certificate of Sponsorship, a crucial document for the visa application.

THE VISA APPLICATION

To ensure a seamless visa experience, we assign each case to a qualified immigration lawyer. Our legal experts will meticulously compile the necessary documentation and provide expert guidance throughout the process, ensuring all paperwork is accurately completed and submitted on time. Candidates will receive advice on any additional requirements, such as the tuberculosis (TB) test, depending on their country of residence.

Our lawyers will assist in applying for the appropriate visa and will help candidates gather essential documents, including proof of employment, financial statements, and identification.

VISA SUBMISSION & BIOMETRICS

To enhance efficiency, most European embassies partner with private organizations like VFS for visa processing. Our lawyers will handle the online submission of all documents, alleviating any concerns about missing documents. Candidates will only need to attend one of these centres to provide fingerprints and photographs, and submit their passports.

THE VISA PROCESS

The visa application will be processed by the relevant visa office, and while timelines may vary, we are committed to keeping candidates informed throughout the process.

Once approved, candidates will typically receive an Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA), allowing them to enter their chosen European country for their new role. Our appointed lawyers will clarify the terms of the visa, including any restrictions.

RELOCATION

We understand that relocating is a significant step. Therefore, we encourage candidates to plan their move carefully, considering aspects such as housing, banking, and other settling-in arrangements. If needed, we can leverage our resources to facilitate a smooth transition.
